Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking for meaningful work, we would love to meet you! Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity and $33/hour for acuity, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid after meeting hours milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities.
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Support individuals in home, community, and workplace settings.
• Document and maintain schedules; participate in ongoing training.
