Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year direct care experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR and Community Participation Supports for DSP certifications to be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, consistent support to individuals in the day program.
• Assist with daily routines, including personal care and meals.
• Follow individualized plans to ensure safety, wellbeing and personal goals.
• Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities.
• Communicate progress, behaviors, or incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
