Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and identity documents.
• Ability to pass background check and routine checks.
• Must be physically capable for shift tasks and lifting.
• Ability to document care in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Administer medications and monitor health appointments.
• Keep living areas clean and manage light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social activities and promote independence.
• Use mobility equipment safely and document activities daily.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
