Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition; support community involvement.
