Job summary

Sevita seeks a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings in California. You will assist with personal hygiene, daily routines, and meaningful activities, helping participants reach personal goals and stay healthy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with team and participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and achieve personal goals.
