Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking compassionate care staff in Pea Ridge, Arkansas to assist customers with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication administration, meal planning, and basic housework, with safety and dignity at the forefront.

You will document each shift’s activities on an online platform, coordinate transportation to appointments, monitor customers’ conditions, and collaborate with the team while following HIPAA regulations and ICM policies to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Follows HIPAA regulations and company SOPs
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
• Assist with daily activities including housework and meal planning
• Arrange transportation and accompany customers to appointments
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities on an online platform
• Observe customer condition and monitor surroundings for safety
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in problem solving and effective communication
