Job summary

ICM is seeking compassionate home care aides in Fayetteville, AR to provide daily living support, including bathing, meal planning, medication reminders, and transportation coordination.

You will document each shift, monitor safety, and collaborate with families and health professionals to promote independence and quality of life. A high school diploma and AR driver’s license with auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency, or two years with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid AR Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HIPAA compliance and willingness to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help with daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, meals, grooming, medication reminders, and housework.
• Arrange transportation for appointments and errands; provide companionship.
• Document daily shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe conditions and maintain safety; monitor equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; demonstrate effective communication and problem solving.
