Job summary

ICM is seeking compassionate caregivers in Rogers, AR to provide daily living support and companionship. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and transportation as needed, while maintaining patient safety and dignity.

The role requires HIPAA understanding, reliable attendance, and accurate daily reporting. You will work in a team to meet each customer’s goals and promote quality of life in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some roles may need additional education.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy.
• Ability to document daily activities accurately in an online platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and daily living support, including grooming, meals, and medication assistance.
• Arrange transportation or accompany customers to appointments and serve as a companion.
• Monitor safety, observe condition, and report changes; keep equipment and supplies in order.
• Deliver written daily shift updates using an online system.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team; participate in problem solving.
