Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. You will help clients live as independently as possible, with a focus on dignity and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, successful background check, and Med Cert 1. You must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Med Cert 1.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
