Whole Life in Stonington, CT is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. You will support daily living, promote independence, and help clients access their community, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, administering medications, documenting care, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Proof of High School diploma or GED.
• Proof of valid driver's license and basic identity documents.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must document care in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily tasks.
• Administer medications and monitor health aspects.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and do light chores.
• Support clients in community activities and independence.
