Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our West Hampton, NJ program. If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or always wanted to be one, this is the opportunity for you as we are hiring immediately! No Experience Required - We Provide PAID Training.

Pay Rate- $18.13/hr or $20.13 with the selection of Enhanced Pay. Our ideal DSP candidate will help individuals reach their fullest potential by assisting with daily living activities and fostering

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license. (Prefer candidates have their own transportation).
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support residents to increase independence and daily living skills.
• Observe and report changes to supervisor and participate in ongoing training.
