Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Marlton, NJ program. No prior experience required as paid training is provided. You will help individuals with daily living activities, foster independence, and work under the supervision of a House Manager.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide compassionate support under supervision of House Manager and observe progress in living areas.
• Promote independence and personal growth by encouraging residents to reach goals.
