Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Marlton, NJ program. No experience required—we provide PAID training and a starting pay rate of $20.13/hr.

Ideal candidates are compassionate caregivers who enjoy mentoring others and helping individuals achieve greater independence in daily living activities. You will support residents with daily tasks under supervision and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including housekeeping and laundry.
• Encourage, mentor and coach residents to achieve their goals.
• Work under supervision of the House Manager, reviewing progress and conducting regular observations.
