Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience with developmental disability program participants or long-term care population preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living.
• Perform support tasks as directed by Supervisor per Maryland DDA requirements.
• Assist with medication reminders as needed.
• Ensure light housekeeping duties are completed.
• Maintain participant safety at all times.
• Use agency electronic systems for communication and progress notes.
• Report and document incidents within required timeframes.
• Drive and engage in community activities and events as required.
• Adhere to professional conduct when interacting with participants and staff.
