AHL Healthcare Group Inc. in Afton, MN is hiring a Personal Care and Direct Support Aide. This is a part-time, rotating shift role with weekend work, designed to support individuals with disabilities in a home-like setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications as needed, help with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, while promoting a compassionate, person-centered approach. MN DHS background check required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 19 years old.
• Experience in a direct care role.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Administer medications and assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments and support clients at home and in the community.
