AHL Healthcare Group Inc. is seeking a part- or full-time Personal Care and Direct Support Aide to join its Minnesota team.

You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals who rely on your support in a residential setting, including assisting with daily living activities and transportation. Responsibilities include administering medications, helping with personal care, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a direct care role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support and compassionate care.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor client well-being.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
