Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and health needs.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals and hygiene.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Maintain health and safety, and document activities.
• Complete ongoing training and coordinate with teams and families.
