Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and walking.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle registration (if transporting).
• Current HCSP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to promote socialization and well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind and assist with medication administration.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care and observations.
• Ensure safety and emergency preparedness.
