Job summary

Creed Medical Group Inc is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate support to individuals with varying abilities. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, promote independence, and work closely with families and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Key duties include personal care, meal prep, social participation, and documentation. A high school diploma is required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans to enhance client independence.
• Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client status.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members and families to provide comprehensive care.
