Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans to promote independence.
• Document care activities accurately and report changes in client status.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members and families to provide comprehensive care.
