Job summary

ELEVATE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide daily care and oversight for residents in the Intensive Residential Support Home. You will assist with activities of daily living, meds administration if trained, and support clients to reach personal goals in a 24/7 home setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, documenting care, reporting changes to the Program Manager, and coordinating with staff to promote community involvement and independent living skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
