Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR & First Aid training a plus.
• Reliable, on-time, and able to document daily requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients in-home or in facilities.
• Document daily client activities and reports.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow state regulations.
• Follow ISP (individual support plan) and safety protocols.
