• Assists with personal care: bathing, toileting, eating, dressing, grooming, walking.
• Reminds to maintain diet restrictions, medication regimens, and exercises.
• Provides feedback on consumer behavior, mood, and home adjustment to the caseworker.
• Teaches home management skills and encourages self-help attitudes.
• Provides emotional support during loneliness or bereavement.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks as required.
• Cares for clothing, washing, ironing, and mending.
• Records observations and signs on forms for each visit.
