Spread Your Wings, LLC is seeking Direct Care Staff for our Santa Clara County programs. The role supports clients with independent living skills, helps with developmental disabilities, and organizes schedules to promote goal achievement.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you’ll work in a supportive team to document progress in case notes. We offer competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement for drivers, accrued sick time, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
