Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the Lehigh Valley. You will provide light home care, companionship, and personal assistance, upholding the dignity and rights of participants.

We offer flexible schedules and options for part-time or full-time work with mobile-based training and application processes. Earn up to $19/hr, with bonuses and referral opportunities. We support ongoing education and a culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
• Provide Home assistance including light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Assist with medications and reminders.
• Provide companionship and conversation to participants.
