Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. Earn up to $19 per hour with options for part-time or full-time work and mobile-based onboarding and training. Face-to-face via Zoom and flexible schedules support a work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Criminal Background report with background checks required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide home assistance including light housekeeping, errands, or transportation as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
