Job summary

The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, Alabama is seeking a Part-time Server/Dining Services Partner to join our team. If you have a passion for serving seniors and delivering warm, friendly dining experiences, this role may be a fit.

You will prepare and serve meals, maintain clean dining areas, communicate clearly with residents and staff, and support meal service in a busy senior living setting. Flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
