Job summary

The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, AL is seeking a Part-time Server/Dining Services Partner to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will prepare and serve meals, help maintain a clean dining environment, and communicate with residents and staff with warmth and respect.

We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and competitive benefits as part of our Server team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Maintains cleanliness of food service areas including dining room and kitchen.
