Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado is seeking a Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service in the dining room during meals. Responsibilities include serving, bussing, cleaning, and assisting with meetings and events, with salad and dessert preparation as directed.

Requirements include a current Food Handler’s Permit and SERV Safe training is beneficial; prior food service experience is preferred. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, organized and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents, guests, and staff in the Dining Room or Bistro; bus and reset tables as needed.
• Assist in food preparation and salad bar items; stage and present desserts for service.
• Assist in setting up for meetings or events, including delivery of snacks and beverages.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and state regulations; maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Open and close dining rooms as needed and ensure proper setup and breakdown.
