Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server for our Senior Living Community in Centennial. The role involves providing high-quality meals and a gracious dining environment, with time in the dining room for full meal service and participation in special events.

The team emphasizes resident care, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety and health standards. Scheduling will be discussed at interview; benefits and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality dining service and gracious environment.
• Must communicate clearly and take orders accurately.
• Experience in dietary/public dining is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist with special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary environment at all times.
• Oversee bistro areas: food presentation, stock, beverages, and setup.
• Know daily specials and how they’re prepared.
• Learn resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
• Serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
• Attend trainings and mandatory meetings.
• Demonstrate company core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
