Qualifications

• Experience in dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant (preferred but not required).
• English language: read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of ADA, state regulations, infection control, health department and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide service of high‑quality meals and facilitate a gracious dining environment.
• Accurately take orders and relay them to back-of-house staff.
• Offer exceptional customer service to residents and family guests.
