Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Dining Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents, families, and guests. The role requires serving meals, adhering to dietary guidelines, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Training and support are provided to ensure quality service in a hospitality-focused setting. The position is scheduled Thursday through Monday, 12 PM to 8 PM, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for the next service.
• Engage with residents and assist with meal choices, noting dietary needs and preferences as outlined by supervision.
• Deliver meals to residents and retrieve trays from rooms as needed for room service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area and comply with all food safety protocols.
