MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents, ensuring individual preferences are respected and meals are prepared and presented appealingly. You will manage table settings, assist with menu selections, and maintain a clean dining area in a compassionate, professional environment.

The position requires strong English communication, background checks, and the ability to handle physical duties in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment safely.
• Willingness to follow dietary guidelines and care plans.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional dining service and take accurate food orders.
• Seat residents, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Attend to residents' dietary needs and preferences as outlined by supervision.
• Maintain sanitary dining areas and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of dining supplies.
• Support kitchen and dining services and report safety issues promptly.
