Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents in a supportive, senior living environment. You will deliver meals with attention to dietary needs, maintain a clean dining area, and contribute to a welcoming community for residents and their families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate service, with opportunities for growth and a stable full-time schedule within a respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling/sanitation licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
