The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will work as part of a team to maintain a pleasant dining experience in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to residents and staff.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and perform related dining room tasks to residents.
• Take orders and serve food in a courteous, timely manner.
• Set up dining room and assist in food preparation as needed.
• Maintain a pleasant dining operation and ensure dietary standards.
• Work cooperatively with other dining room staff to ensure smooth service.
