Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking staff to provide prompt, pleasant, and efficient dining service to residents in our community. You will maintain dining room appearance, station readiness, and be vigilant about trip hazards in resident areas.

Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms, obtaining meal service supplies, serving residents with dietary needs, and performing cleaning duties while adhering to safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must disclose any medication that might impair associate’s ability to perform the job safely or competently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance and cleanliness.
• Maintain personal hygiene and health standards.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience for all residents, meeting dietary needs when necessary.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and service standards.
• Obtain food and supplies for meal service as directed.
• Distribute and store clean dishes.
• Practice safe, sanitary food handling for preparation, holding and service.
• Assist in preparation of foods as directed.
• Perform cleaning duties in dining room, kitchen, serving areas, cafeteria and storerooms.
• Mop floors in designated areas.
• Observe safety and loss prevention procedures; follow infection control guidelines.
• May fill in for other dining room or wait staff as requested.
• Report safety concerns and follow Safe Return or evacuation steps.
