Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, oversees a network of senior living communities nationwide. As a Server in our community restaurant, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents with friendly, professional service during meals and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6-12 months serving/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Prepare dining room before meals and set tables.
• Clear and reset tables for next service.
• Communicate feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Comply with health regulations and Cogir standards.
