Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and maintain the dining room after service. The role requires assisting residents with menu items, beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in dining areas.

You will follow serving techniques, help with tray service, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Clean designated uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Able to learn quickly and apply learned principles.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 3 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect confidentiality and interact politely with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Clean, reset dining room after meals.
• Report broken equipment to supervisor.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
• Assist with tray service and support residents.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
