Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must provide annual verification of a negative TB skin test.
• Must be able to move intermittently and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must pass medical and physical examination.
• Able to relate to and care for ill, elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a safe sanitary manner.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and follow sanitation procedures.
• Serve meals in a respectful, pleasant manner mindful of residents' needs.
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup; stock and store supplies.
• Report any safety or policy breaches to supervisor.
• Fulfill life safety and emergency drill trainings as required.
