Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to maintain compassion and dignity for residents.
• Able to work with peers in a congenial environment.
• Must adhere to attendance policies and handbook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and proper hand-washing.
• Assist with evacuation during emergencies as needed.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Report any violations and ensure residents’ safety and rights.
