Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setting tables in dining room for daily meals.
• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Serving meals in a timely fashion.
• Plating desserts, fruit cups, breads and any other item which should accompany the day’s meals.
• Clearing of tables, bringing dishes to dish room.
• Proper cleaning of entire section of dining room including tables, chairs and carpet sweeping, cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Cleaning and filling condiment containers.
• Responsive to customer preferences.
• Make sure adequate supplies are on hand. When supplies are low, forward list of needed supplies to supervisor or order directly as directed.
• Assist food service manager with special functions i.e., picnics, ice cream sundae parties.
• Keep supervisor adequately informed of any issues of concern.
• Other duties as assigned.
