Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated dietary assistant at Brookstone Estates of Harrisburg, IL. You will prepare diverse menus, honor dietary preferences, and maintain safe, sanitary kitchen and dining areas while delivering compassionate resident care.

We value excellent interpersonal and communication skills and require ServSafe Manager certification along with a High School diploma or GED. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
