Heritage Woods of Gurnee, a senior living community in Illinois, seeks a dedicated dietary services teammate to prepare diverse menus that accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. You will uphold high safety and sanitation standards while maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas and engaging residents with compassion and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates dietary preferences and accommodates restrictions.
• Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner reflecting love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.

Connaissances
