Job summary

The successful candidate will hold a High School diploma or GED and a current ServSafe Manager certification, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
