Job summary

Magnolia Place seeks a dedicated team member to assist residents with meals, deliver orders, and support daily dining services. Responsibilities include ensuring diet restrictions are respected, keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean, and reporting changes in resident condition to the management team.

The role requires a mature, reliable individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced setting, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to Urinary Analysis Drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test.
• Must be eighteen (18) years old.
• Maintains current first aid certification and food handlers.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret diet restrictions.
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing in standard English.
• The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver residents' food orders promptly.
• Pour and serve beverages and ensure hospitality bar is stocked with fresh beverages.
• Follow kitchen and dining room cleaning schedules.
• Keep environment safe and clean.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to Management team.
• Uphold residents' rights at all times.
• Positively supports residents with emotional and behavioral issues.
• Assist other staff as needed on the floors.
• Assist residents to and from meals, delivering meals to residents’ apartments and helping serve in memory care as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
