Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Serve meals, snacks, and drinks to residents.
• Assist with inventory control and stocking.
• Monitor temperatures of foods and equipment.
• Maintain sanitary conditions on units and kitchens.
• Wash dishes and assist with events and meal prep.
• Interact with residents and families.
• Accommodate resident menu choices.
• Clear tables and monitor resident intake.
• Take menu orders.
• Use ECS charting system to monitor diets.
• And other duties as assigned.
