Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, serve meals according to dietary needs, and maintain clean dining areas with a focus on safety and service.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and teamwork. Some prior food service experience helps, but training is provided; COVID-19 vaccination may be required. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
