Job summary

Maple Crest Health Center in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time dietary aide to join the dining team and help make mealtime the best part of residents' day.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a part-time schedule (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM). You will prepare and portion meals, set up dining rooms, deliver trays, and uphold food safety standards while creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a dietary aide or in food service (preferred).
• Experience in a nursing home, hospital, or other healthcare setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meals and snacks for residents.
• Set up the dining room and serve meals with care.
• Deliver meal trays to residents in their rooms.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas after each meal.
• Follow food safety guidelines and special diet instructions.
• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.
