Complete Care at Laurelton in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents' meals and dining experiences. You will assist in meal prep, serving, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in food service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, good communication, and reliability. Prior dietary aide experience and a high school diploma are preferred; on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• A college or certification in food services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables or dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, utensils.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in keeping track of expenses and menu planning.
