The Pavilion at Kenton, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Covington, KY, is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred (hospital, nursing facility, or related medical facility).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares the meals.
• Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implements recommended changes.
• Performs administrative requirements and submits reports to the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures food procedures follow established policies.
